Provision of better quality education & health through the private sector to low income households.

Provide financial assistance for the establishment, expansion, improvement, and management of schools and allied projects and dispensaries at least one dispensary/Union council in all over Pakistan.

Emergency Operations
When there is an emergency, the Haleemia Welfare Foundation Pakistan® (HWF) quickly establishes how much food assistance is needed and the best way to deliver it to the hungry. To do this we work with Local public Assessment Teams. On the basis of the assessment, we draw up a detailed plan of action and budget.To cover immediate needs, the HWF Director in the District affected can arrange all necessary things ( Rice, Sugar, Milk, Pulses, Vegetable Oil, Flour. Bottled water, Energy Biscuits , Kitchen Crockery, Hygiene Kits, Gas Stoves, Blankets, Bed-Sheets & Pillows etc.)The use of the funds is usually limited to the initial three months of an operation.However, many disaster-hit communities need help for longer than three months in order to get back on their feet. In this case, the Director draws up an Emergency Operation before making an appeal to the national/ international community for funds and food aid.Emergency Operations provide immediate assistance HWF can assist populations in need by either food distributions or other projects such as food aid in exchange for reconstruction work. They are funded primarily by targeted donor contributions in response to the HWF appeal.Emergency Operations usually last for between three and 12 months. If further assistance is required, HWF prepares Protracted Relief and Recovery Operation.
