• Support schools located in less affluent areas.

• Preference for female education & health.

• Technical assistance in the form of teacher training and professional development for privately managed schools.

• Provision of better quality education & health through the private sector to low income households

• Introduction of new instruments for financial assistance on per child enrolled basis;

• Institutions with good track record and results to be considered for monetary a wards/financial assistance for growth in terms of quality education and enrolment.

• The dispensary at each centre cater for medical assistance to approximately two hundred  patients daily.

Election

       The election of office bearers will be held after every three years and selection will be on purely on merit.
